4. Delivery / collection
Terms and lead times: vente à emporter (retrait au restaurant) et livraison, commandées en ligne ; zones, délais, minimum de commande et éventuels frais indiqués sur la page de commande.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to perishable foodstuffs or to catering services provided on a specific date.
6. Legal warranties
Conformity (Art. L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
